本機為專業(yè)的實木單板曲面包覆機，可將各種實木薄片、浸漆紙等材料完美的貼覆于踢腳線、門窗套線、樓梯扶手等各種線條的表面，一次完成表面、側(cè)面、底邊的貼覆。
Function:
This machine is just used for wrapping the real wood.It can wrap various thin wood or melamine paper on kick board, set lines of door and windows,and railings of stairs. The wrapping of surface,sides and bottom are accomplished in a single process. 設(shè)備特性及主要配置
1、機架采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板精加工而成，螺絲連接，無焊接變形。
2、高精度齒輪傳動，電機采用機械無級調(diào)速。
3、底輪、壓輪均采用鋁基硅橡膠輪，耐磨性好，不粘熱溶膠，使用壽命長。
4、可調(diào)節(jié)升降膠箱，膠箱可根據(jù)工件的高度進行調(diào)節(jié)，從而使木皮與工件的夾角最小，更易于包覆。
5、卷紙機構(gòu)用氣漲軸設(shè)計制造，調(diào)整使用方便靈活。
6、熱膠箱、料箱同步加溫，可滿足大批量生產(chǎn)，無須頻繁加膠。
