設(shè)備用途及功能
本機(jī)采用刮涂方式使用油性包覆膠將PVC膜、浸漆紙等貼覆于各種踢腳線、門窗套線、樓梯扶手、塑鋼門窗、鋁型材、木塑等各種線條的表面，一次完成表面、側(cè)面、底邊的貼覆。適合復(fù)雜線形的包覆。
Function:
Through scale gluing ,this machine works with oil-solution glue to paste PVC and melamine paper on various kick boards, set lines of doors and windows, the railing of the stairs, aluminum materials and plasticwood etc. The wrapping of surface, sides and bottom are accomplished effectively in a single process. This machine is also fit for wrapping complicated lines and surfaces. 設(shè)備特性及主要配置

4、卷紙機(jī)構(gòu)用氣漲軸設(shè)計(jì)制造，調(diào)整使用方便靈活。
5、包覆速度手動(dòng)無級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)，可在較大的范圍內(nèi)調(diào)整。
6、預(yù)留基材工作站及熱融膠施膠站接口，可方便設(shè)備升級(jí)改造。
Features and Main installation:
1. The oil-solution glue can be even scaled on the surface of PVC.
2. The bottom wheels and the pressing wheels are all made by silicon rubber and aluminum. They are wearable and not sticky to the glue. 3. The transmission system adopts the gear structure, which is safe and reliable.
4. The paper-rolling system is made by air-expanded spindle，it is convenient and flexible to use and regulate.
5. The wrapping speed is stepless manual-regulated, so it can regulate in a large scale.
6. The interfaces for the timber workstation and the melted glue is prearrangement, which is convenient for the improvement.

專利設(shè)計(jì)，預(yù)留通用終端接口，可快速方便地與冷膠包覆機(jī)對(duì)接，拓展使用功能，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)實(shí)木單板的包覆。
也可與本公司生產(chǎn)的通用包覆機(jī)機(jī)身快速對(duì)接，用一個(gè)施膠站與多個(gè)機(jī)身互相轉(zhuǎn)換，減少不同線型的線條的布輪時(shí)間，提高工作效率。
Hot melt glue workstation:
Patent design, the general terminal interface is prearrangement,it can fast join with the cold glue wrapping machine so as to extend to wrap single piece of real wood.
It can also join with the general wrapping machine. So more than one engine can be exchanged to connect with one glue workstation,which can save the time of laying wheels and to work with high efficiency.
